Hello dear friends
today I'm joining
Michelle for her
Grey Dey Thursdey
party
(sorry I'm a little late Michelle).
I took these photos in France a couple of months ago.
Just a quick update on my knees
at last some relief....
I've had one physio session
which did wonders
and I feel like I'm back in the land of the living
(and not the walking wounded)
such a relief!
THANK YOU
my lovely friends
for all your emails,
and comments here - you're so kind and thoughtful!
WELCOME
to my new followers
it's so lovely to meet you!
À bientôt
be kind to one another

ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos Shane. I particularly like the top rh corner one, the light streaming through the shabby window - sublime.

what lovely photos Shane. So glad to know you're knee is doing much better. I've been there and know how something like this can bring you down a bit but it's nice to know the sun eventually appears from behind the clouds.
ReplyDeleteHello Shane
ReplyDeleteI like the cafe sign (if that's what it is) and macarons, no matter what colour they come in.
Glad the physio is helping your knee, hope it is better soon.

Glad to hear your knees are feeling better. I have problems with mine too and some days they just plain ache and don't want to let me walk...especially up or down stairs. Lovely images, btw!
ReplyDeleteHello Shane .. so glad your knees are feeling a little better now. Constant pain is so draining. Remember to plant those seeds before the 18th dear friend :-) Hugs, Julie x0x
