Welcome Back Lene!
Lene, I'm so glad to see you back in Blogland and trust you are feeling stronger with each new day!
I came across Lene's blog one day via Fabulously French.
Leeann's post on 16th May, "Flowers for Lene" had a beautiful photo of a sunflower with a best wishes note attached.
I followed her link and discovered Lene's amazing blog. I was overwhelmed, she had created a post thanking her friends for their messages of concern and comfort following her radiation treatment.
Each stunning photo had a message written to her special blog friends from her heart!
You must follow the link I've given you here and read this particular post
By the time I had finished reading, I felt totally over-whelmed by the strength of this amazing woman named Lene.
I left a comment on her blog, but every day since I have thought of her and hoped and prayed that her health was improving.
I visted Lene's blog today and I can't tell you how thrilled I am to see 3 wonderful new posts.
Lene these are photos from my homeland New Zealand especially for you! You are an inspiration!

ANOTHER WONDERFUL GIVEAWAY - Oooh La La!!
Sucre et Cannelle
I've just stepped out of Blog Heaven! My journey through Blogland this evening took me to Sucre et Cannelle for the first time and I am hooked.
It's a magical place to visit - I know you will all think so too.
Chani is having a great giveaway to celebrate the opening of her On-Line Shop.
I had a peep and she has so many gorgeous French styled treasures for the home such as soaps, garlands, heart sachets of linen stamped with a Fleur de Lis. There's some delicate jewellery too. This is one of those beautiful Parisian Boutiques that we all love and dream about, and now we can visit without leaving home!!!
Please visit her before midnight Saturday 15th (Paris time) as this is the deadline to enter for the giveaway. When I visited there were 186 posts!
I might see you there as I'll be visiting again tomorrow to order some necessities from the shop and also to just enjoy the beauty of her world!!!

Mary Green's Gluebook Class
I've signed up for this class too! It starts on Sunday 16th May and looks like it will be a lot of fun.
Mr RLB thinks I'm addicted to my computer, as when we sit down to watch something on TV, I always say "I'm popping upstairs to the office to check my emails" - he wonders what this 'email thing' is, but he just woudn't "get it"!!
And I'm not even going to try and explain what blogging is and how I've made some lovely friends in blogland, his feet are firmly planted in reality on terra firma and computers are not part of his world!
You can just imagine the looks I get when we sit down in the evening and I'm cutting out images with a small pair of scissors - he thinks I've totally lost it and that I've gone back to my childhood!!!
Seriously, I have to admit I really enjoy cutting out images and creating beautiful pages. I find the process very therapeutic.
My idea for the books and journals I make is to give my granddaughters a record of the things I enjoy doing.
As we don't live in the same country it's my way of sharing the things I love with them.
Please check out Mary's website by clicking on the link at the bottom of this post and read about the class, it could be just what you're looking for too.
With the class Mary includes lots of downloads and step by step instructions on building these pages.
I'm completely new to arty things and need as much help as I can get.
I love it all but I'm not naturally creative, so for me it's a learning process.
I can't wait to begin!!
I'm going to be super busy as this is second class I've joined this month, but as I loved the sound of them both and simply couldn't choose between them - I decided I would have to do both!!!
