On a recent trip up north we followed
this old classic Chevrolet.....
we followed and followed.....
(boys and their cars)!
My husband was fascinated with it
as his younger brother had a Chevvy
like this when they were in their twenties.
I guess it took him back to those carefree days!
I'm joining Gemma for
Ruby Tuesday Too
Take care and
be kind to one another
à bientôt
Shane

Love old cars, especially the ones in the 50's. Enjoyed this post. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteI love vintage cars but for me it's the wonderful 1930s cars with their sleek lines and running boards. In those days English and American cars were very different as they were in the 50s and 60s when I was a teenager. Cadillacs and Chevrolets always looked very glamorous to us British teenagers:)
ReplyDeleteIt's just occurred to me that you're in NZ not America!
ReplyDeleteThis vintage car is a real beauty! The color is so vibrant - so nice to follow on your travels! Hope your week is lovely, Shane. Hugs xo Karen
ReplyDeleteThat little beauty takes me back, too. My first car was a 1948 black chev that my uncle donated to my brothers to learn how to get a car going - and fix it when it broke down, which it did regularly. The clincher was I was the only one old enough to drive it! Great photos.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun..happy week Shane, hoping you have fun plans.
ReplyDeleteXo
