When I'm away I'm always on the lookout for
'blue themed' images that I can use for my
Blue Monday posts.
On this particular day we had a stroll around the village of
Fontainebleau before we had lunch
to fortify us before our visit to
the historic
Château de Fontainebleau.
I have written several posts about it before
you may like to see my Note Cards here
which I created for Vee's Note Card Party in 2013.
This booth is typical of french news agencies.
Le Parisien is one of the top newspapers
sold all through France.
I'm joining Sally for Blue Monday
do pop over and join us with your 'blues'.
Thank you Sally for hosting!
Thank you all for popping in
I'm somewhat behind in my visits, but I will get there....
Take care and
be kind to one another
à bientôt
Shane
Hi Shane,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely shade of blue--so soft. Thanks for sharing.
Have a Happy Blue Monday!
All I can say is that I love every single image. Oh, blue! Ah, beauty!
ReplyDeleteI would go crazy in the shop with all the cute nautical things! I need more of these in my home here in Florida! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love all three but the one that is all blue is my favorite. I love flower shops and especially in winter they smell so good! Lovely photos!
ReplyDeleteHello Shane.
ReplyDeleteLoved all the blue fronted shops, more like boutiques really, for your 'Blue Monday' so French.
Voracious reader that I am, I would head straight to the newsstand and stay there for hours!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are great as usual. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful shops to explore and just wander past! xx

ReplyDeleteOh I enjoyed that blast from the past. All your lovely photos would make beautiful notecards.
ReplyDeleteDearest Shane,

Wondering how your French Connection will develop in the near future.

ReplyDeleteSuch a picture perfect share! Thank you and I am happy you shared with us today.
ReplyDeleteLove that little teddy bear in the window - he looks like he's wearing a bowl on his head. Perhaps he was making cookies?
