Yesterday was an embroidery day.
We all gathered at a friends
for a relaxed afternoon.
We chat and embroider
share bits and bobs -
magazines
books
recipes
patterns
ideas
and we eat!!!!!
Our hostess Jane
spoilt us with
these exquisite truffles
her daughter had sent
from Harrods in London
for the
"embroidery ladies"!
... just a wee peek
at the piece
I'm working on -
can you guess
what it is???
Take care
and be kind to one another
LOVE LIFE
Thank you
for visiting me
and leaving your lovely comments

Hello dear Shane..what glorious indulgence just looking at the box.. such a treat! I am sure that there are many embroidery groups around Auckland. I don't suppose you have a Mary that comes to yours? Sweet little angel..can't wait to see the whole picture. Much love Catherine x0x

Bonjour Sweet Shane,
ReplyDeleteI see a beautiful angel. Well, in more ways than one. You are so blessed to have friends near you who love to create along side you.
I pray for that. Have a fabulous weekend, mon amie. xo Rhonda
Oh yum! Those truffles sound delightful. And spending time with like-minded friends is a lovely thing. Your stitching is wonderful. I don't know how you work on that fabric. I need big holes or good reading glasses to do any kinda stitching now. :/ Have a great weekend. Tammy
