Shane, I wish that we were all there right now! What fun that would be... right on the barricades for the défilé and then later watching the fireworks over La Tour from the Seine!

Hi Shane,

I second what Genie has said, wouldn't it be fun to be there right now and escape winter here.
I do hope that you are feeling better and over your flu.

Sending hugs

Bonjour Shane - I hope you have recovered from your nasty flu - and I'm so delighted to have just printed off your recipe for portuguese tarts whilst listening to La Marseillaise !!
Can't wait to try these little tarts and if they're sucessful will make a batch for my daughters and their families!
Surely I can't go wrong.
Have a wonderful and safe week Shane. xx
