Gathering the Moments from January 2014

Click here for my Grow Your Blog party post.

I'm joining Cheryl of
for her new monthly link-up
Gathering the Moments - a Month in Pictures.

January
in New Zealand
spells warm days and gentle breezes
a time to make the most of being outdoors
enjoying our summertime pursuits.

Auckland "the City of Sails"
(so named because we are passionate about sailing)
is a coastal city with the beautiful
Hauraki Gulf
marine reserve on our doorstep.

May be you would like to share
your memories of January with us!

Thank you Cheryl for hosting
I'll be out and about in February
capturing some moments to share.

Thank you all for visiting!

Merci à bientôt
be kind to one another!

  2. Hi Shane,

Thank you for your kind email! Sorry for my late reply, but is has been a busy week. Your photo's look heavenly. They make me wish summer was here in Holland. We are still in the middle of winter. Beautiful give-away too. Do you mind awfully if I don't participate? I just won two give-away's recently....It's time for others to win something now :-)

    Wishing you a happy Sunday!

  11. I was surprised when I saw that your post was dated, February 2, but then I remembered that you are in New Zealand.

I love looking back at your January. Surprisingly, winter on the southern coast of California looked much the same. The crazy weather in other parts of the US has left us with warm sunny days.

I love the idea of a look back at the month and will try to remember to participate next month.

    HAPPY FEBRUARY

  12. The blue waters are just lovely. I enjoy seeing this as it is what I imagine my friends in Sandspit Warkworth see from their house.

  21. Greetings from Augusta, Georgia! Love your photos! Thank you for your comment on my linkup. Isn't it such a small world? I get to Skype my daughter at least once a week while she is studying abroad. Skype is so wonderful. She is absolutely loving New Zealand and from the pictures it looks incredibly beautiful. I'm so jealous of your warm weather. I'm not used to bad winters and this winter has been a bad one. Have a great Sunday!
